We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologists to join our dynamic team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech pathology services to our clients across various settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. You will be working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team environment, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
- Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
- Using clinical observations and assessments to set individualized treatment goals
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' lives
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Mentoring graduates and early-career clinicians (for senior clinicians)
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered suitable for this role, you will have:
- Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A proactive attitude motivated by improvement and learning
- A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
