About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Penfield Centre. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children, while also supporting the development of our centre's programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Pre-school room, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Collaborate with the centre team to achieve quality improvement goals and ensure a positive work environment.
- Contribute to the development of centre policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
