Assistant Director

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our team at Goodstart Penfield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in inspiring and motivating our centre team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.

• Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide exceptional early learning and care
• Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team
• Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
• Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide and drive continuous improvement

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Teachers Registration (if applicable)
• Experience in leading and managing change in education, health, or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
