Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming store environment, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and education.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to ensure a great in-store experience, responding to their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Assessing customer needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions, and supporting them throughout their shopping journey.
  • Providing technical product education, articulating the value and benefit of our products, and facilitating seamless transactions.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
