Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Migration Automation Lead to drive the development of reusable migration assets and artifacts, enabling faster customer decision-making and scalable application migrations to AWS.

This role requires expertise in building automation solutions while maintaining strong partnerships across AWS departments. You'll be instrumental in helping colleagues and customers embrace and adopt new technologies, ultimately driving successful cloud transformation initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain reusable migration assets and artifacts for efficient, cost-effective, and low-risk workload migrations
  • Architect repeatable solutions, mechanisms, and playbooks for scalable application migrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights
  • Spearhead POCs and prototypes through completion
  • Design and deliver technical workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing)
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries

AWS Expertise:

  • Migrating legacy customer solutions to the cloud
  • Working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
