Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, whilst working in a dynamic and caring environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Delivering excellent customer service to clients and representatives
  • Conducting client interactions in a professional, knowledgeable and supportive manner

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably within the aged care or community service sector.

A kind heart, genuine passion for providing high-quality care and commitment to excellence in customer service are essential requirements for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key skills and qualifications required for this position include:

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably within the aged care or community service sector
  • Aged care knowledge and/or My Aged Care portal experience desirable

Candidates must also possess a willingness to apply for a Police Check and commit to ongoing training and development.
