We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain management, manage production costs, and liaise with the software team to optimize inventory processes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, overseeing procurement and inventory management, and managing production costs. They will work closely with the software team to optimize warehouse inventory processes and reduce holding costs without disrupting production.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and distribution management in the wheelchair manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as Greentree and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • Experience working with multiple currencies (GBP, USD, Yen)
  • Experience collaborating with outsourced service providers
  • Strong KPI and inventory management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative thinking and self-motivation
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure in challenging environments
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
Benefits

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Management Accounting qualification is highly regarded. The salary range is AUD 80,000 – 90,000 per annum.
