Land Development Project Manager

Delivering high-profile land development projects is a key objective for this newly created role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, coordinate designs and administer contracts
- Negotiate with stakeholders in relation to project deliverables to ensure successful delivery
- Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships
- Assist senior engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
- Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
- Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement
- Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff
- Manage financial targets including budgets and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land development
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience in budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
- High-level industry awareness and engagement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
This role requires a professional who can take ownership of multiple projects and drive results-oriented outcomes.
