About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be at the forefront of driving the company's ambitious growth plans, combining sales expertise with a genuine passion for sustainability. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through high-level outbound activity, and utilising the company's proven sales methodology to qualify leads and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through high-level outbound activity
  • Closing Deals: Utilise the company's proven sales methodology to qualify leads and close deals effectively
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
  • Channel Partnerships: Collaborate with channel partners to maximise sales opportunities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experiences through a consultative sales approach
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of sustainability trends and their impact on businesses
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional who is passionate about sustainability and has a track record of success in B2B sales or business development.
