Centre Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Director to champion our core values and embed a culture of welcome, connection, kindness, and excellence.

This role involves running smooth operations while prioritizing children and staff. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences through delivering high-quality tours and orientations, using sector knowledge to navigate daily requirements, inspiring staff to achieve best practice through collaboration, and championing quality education & care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Additional Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places
  • Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
  • Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
