Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver for Older Adults. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to our clients in a social club setting, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Encourage socialization and engagement among clients, promoting a sense of community and belonging
  • Assist with organizing and implementing activities and events that cater to clients' interests and needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
Requirements
  • No formal qualification is necessary, but a Certificate III in Individual Support is highly regarded
  • First Aid certification is desirable
  • Empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills are essential
  • Good administrative skills and computer literacy are required
  • A strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
