**Directorial Position:**

As a senior member of the management team, you will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment within our organisation. You will collaborate closely with the Centre Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, while also providing guidance and mentorship to your colleagues in programme development and best practice.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
  • Ability to work a rotational shift between Monday and Friday.
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check.
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • Previous experience as a Director or Assistant Director.
  • Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms).
