Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the event operations team, ensuring top-notch customer service by solving problems
  • Maintaining the venue in excellent condition with perfect set-up
  • Leading the team to master the art of event setup
  • Assisting in training and team building
  • Juggling tasks efficiently

About You:

  • You must have the right to work in Australia (minimum 6 months) and flexible weekends and evenings availabilities
  • RSA in hand and a passion for hospitality (hotel background is advantageous)
  • Excellent English skills and a friendly service attitude
  • Looking sharp and fit for the job's physical demands
  • Driven, dedicated, and flexible in any situation
