This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager - Grocery. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans for high-volume transactional accounts to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability within grocery and mass merchant channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative, bespoke solutions for customers, coordinating with local cross-functional teams to meet diverse and complex needs, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support in-depth market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making for business growth.
- Create and execute commercial strategies, including impactful distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
- Participate in critical customer negotiations, securing strategic agreements that drive mutual value and align with long-term business goals for sustained growth.
- Delivers compelling presentations to senior level audiences, articulating complex value propositions and solutions driving customer buy-in.
- Monitors, evaluates, and continuously improves sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
- Participate in transformational improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
You'll Need:
- A completed degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing, with ideally relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment from specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain.
- The ability to drive business growth through effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting while developing proposals and monitoring KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and accounts, employing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement.
- Commercial acumen to develop and implement business development initiatives, optimizing stakeholder management and CRM systems.
