About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our Rail Operations hub in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our rail projects, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report potential hazards.
  • Establish and maintain administrative policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage project travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Process payroll timesheets and adjustments.
  • Raise supply and plant orders, process Goods Received Notes/Delivery Dockets, and monitor vendor management.
  • Maintain weekly staff registers, including flights, rosters, and leave.
  • Assist in creating and preparing publications, such as reports, correspondence, and presentations.
About You
  • Significant experience in a similar site-based Senior Site Admin role, with a background in FIFO projects in the resource sector.
  • Previous experience working for Tier 1 construction contractors.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the site team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
