Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients aged 75+ to provide comprehensive home care services.

About the Role
  • Conduct in-home assessments and functional reviews for Home Care Package clients.
  • Manage a caseload of clients in their homes across Sydney, focusing on home modifications, assessments, recommendations, and reviews.
  • Work independently and manage your schedule to meet client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, independence, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with older adults and in community care settings preferred.
