Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our Program Management Office, driving enterprise-wide transformation and building effective relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks to enhance consistency, predictability, and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize key projects and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our IT strategy, regularly reporting on key project progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading complex project delivery/PMO environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to build high-performing teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading diverse and multi-disciplinary teams, with thorough understanding of procurement, financial management, and contract management.
