Job Title: Director Project Delivery

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to fill the role of Director Project Delivery. This is a pivotal position that requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations in terms of quality, budget, and timeline.

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, delivery partners, and internal teams.
  • Tactical Execution:
    • Cultivate a positive work environment, driving collaboration and excellence in project management.
    • Implement projects within budget and timeline parameters, meeting stakeholder expectations.

This is a 3-year opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of Victorians. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will lead multiple teams, fostering a culture of customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering, business administration).
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
