Our ideal candidate will be a meticulous and customer-focused individual who takes pride in ensuring our guest rooms are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean all sections of guest rooms to the highest standard, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and wiping down surfaces.
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-stocked.
  • Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  • An eye for detail and ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Physical ability to navigate rooms and facilities, including stairs and pathways.
  • Able to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Reliable transportation and availability for varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
