Global Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a talented procurement professional to join our team in a challenging role that involves the implementation of S2P infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve issues with vendors regarding price, delivery, and terms.
- Review purchasing transactions to recommend sourcing activity, contract compliance, and pricing improvement opportunities.
- Work with colleagues and suppliers to identify, document, analyse, and resolve S2P-related issues.
- Increase spend under management by working with sourcing teams on category strategy, tail spend, and compliance.
- Monitor procurement performance metrics using Qlik and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk management - assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supplier risks and compliance issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, commercial acumen, and experience in data analysis and financial cost model development.
Requirements:- 1-2 years' experience in global sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier engagement.
- A strong customer-focus with proven ability in influencing, communicating, and negotiating.
- Proactive self-starters who are highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and achieve results under tight deadlines.
