Global Procurement Specialist

We are a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries. Our products are trusted in more households than any other brand in the world.
This role will support and work closely with our Senior Manager, Commercial Procurement and Associate Procurement Manager to develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies designed to improve value and cost-effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and support the South Pacific Services Procurement Category management strategy
- Support the Annual Procurement Planning Process
- Lead or support strategy execution via RFP or supplier negotiation
- Conduct sourcing activities such as RFPs and negotiations
- Source for alternatives to support innovation, cost initiatives, and risk mitigation
- Implement and deliver Procurement targets for the assigned category
You will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end procurement strategies that drive business growth and profitability while maintaining a culture of compliance and sustainability.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-8 years Procurement experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of managing the RFx process end-to-end
