Early Childhood Educators play a vital role in shaping the future of young minds. At Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT), we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our team of passionate professionals.

We are committed to delivering high-quality educational programs that promote children's wellbeing and safety. Our services are designed to provide engaging education, holistic care, and supportive service to children and families, particularly those most in need within our community.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with a minimum of 12 months experience working in Early Learning settings. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support a team of educators. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and responsive educational programs, informed by the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards. You will also build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while maintaining an uncompromising focus on children's wellbeing and safety.
