We are seeking an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our busy Surgical and Orthopaedic Units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing clinical decision-making and hands-on skills to manage acute surgical conditions.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, identifying and addressing patient needs to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and seamless care delivery.
- Comply with hospital policies and procedures, upholding best practice standards and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Proven experience in acute surgical care, with a focus on patient management following surgical interventions.
- Relevant medical experience, demonstrating knowledge and skills transferable to a surgical unit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with patients, families, and colleagues.
