About This Role

This role is critical in ensuring continuity of care for our clients. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing the Scheduling Team, coordinating workload and training, and liaising with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the Scheduling Team is always resourced to meet flexible workload demands from ongoing client services across the business
  2. Lead and mentor a team of scheduling coordinators to deliver effective schedules for clients and caregivers
  3. Liaise with other stakeholders to ensure the scheduling team can meet business demands, and share issues, concerns, and successes across the business
  4. Alert Management to any reported issues affecting client care or business reputation
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry-relevant information applicable to the role and responsibility
  6. Perform annual reviews of all Client Services Officers
  7. Work with the Operational Specialist on projects improving scheduling quality and process, collaborating with Leadership and Management Teams to ensure timely project delivery
About You:
  • Highly efficient and organised with proven time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Strong typing skills and excellent communication skills
  • Effective communicator/listener with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and outcome-oriented, with capacity to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading a team of sales or service personnel
  • Previous team management experience
