**About This Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Employee. In this role, you will be assisting elderly residents to maintain their lifestyles and thrive in their own homes.

As a Home Care Employee, your day will typically include providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities (including meals, personal care and general mobility assistance) and transportation.

The life of a Home Care Employee is highly varied and offers flexible working hours. No two days are ever the same.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide companionship and social support to elderly residents
  • Assist with daily living activities (including meals, personal care and general mobility assistance)
  • Transportation to appointments and other destinations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Excellent communication skills

- Physically able to perform basic manual handling (such as lifting, carrying, standing and prolonged sitting)

- Access to a personally owned, well maintained and insured vehicle

- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

**Benefits:**
