We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Administrative and Scanning Support Officer.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the program manager and multidisciplinary team. This will include tasks such as reception, service monitoring, and office management.
In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will also be required to perform all components of the medical document scanning process.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in a healthcare reception/administration role
- Proven ability to work within a complex multidisciplinary environment
- Sound computer literacy
- Desirable: Experience working in a mental health team and/or evidence of further qualifications related to the position.
