We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our growing family law team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of post-admission experience in family law to work closely with our Accredited Specialist in Property Law and contribute to high-profile matters.

This role involves working as a Managing Director's delegate, handling a broad range of family law cases including parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, and other urgent applications. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategy development.

  • Location: Hornsby office
  • Load: 5 days per fortnight (part-time), with scope to increase
  • Flexibility: Part-time arrangement with genuine support for work-life balance
