Job Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a junior project manager and develop into a future leader in the property and construction industry.

The Role
  • Project administration support and contract management assistance
  • Maintenance of project cost plans and variation registers preparation
  • Support for consultant engagement and agreements
  • Certification and reporting for invoices
  • Attendance at design and construction meetings, including minute preparation
  • Project documentation and filing coordination
  • Exposure to the full lifecycle of projects from feasibility to completion
About You
  • We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges
  • A recent tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Experience with contractors, consultancies, or developers (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
