About Our Opportunity:
We're seeking a Technical Compliance Specialist to assist internal and external customers with queries regarding our register of underground and overhead assets.
This role is part of our Customer Services Group, which delivers energy to 1.9 million customers across 65% of Victoria.
You will provide specialist support and advice on asset registers, Permits to Work, and general customer enquiries.
We require you to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across the organisation.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer requests are registered, responded to, and actioned in a timely and accurate manner.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Certificate of Competency (Distribution Systems) or equivalent.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with customers and provide expert advice on our asset registers.
A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently.
