Enterprise Email and Direct Mail Marketing Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute the development and delivery of enterprise-wide email and direct mail marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
As a senior manager, you will define, implement, and continuously improve lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments, ensuring every communication is purposeful, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
- Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions, ensuring marketing activity supports cross-functional KPIs and meets compliance obligations.
- Develop and evolve lifecycle communications strategies.
- Track performance, manage complex projects, and deliver results in risk-aware settings.
- Utilize CMS and CRM platforms, analytics tools, and other technologies to drive marketing success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing, gained in either creative, media agency, or marketing
