Senior OpenStack Platform Engineer Opportunity

Talented professionals are sought after to join a dynamic team as Senior OpenStack Platform Engineers, responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting on-premises private cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver day-to-day operational support for Red Hat OpenStack and Ceph clusters in production environments.
  • Automate routine maintenance, upgrades and deployments using tools such as Ansible, Python and Bash.
  • Develop clear documentation to ensure operational continuity.
  • Share knowledge with permanent staff through structured handovers and collaboration.

Candidates will contribute to business-as-usual operations and ongoing platform enhancements to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying, administering and supporting large-scale on-premises Red Hat OpenStack environments.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, Python and Bash.
  • Experience designing, deploying and supporting large-scale Red Hat Ceph storage clusters is desired.
  • OpenShift/Kubernetes administration experience in an on-premises enterprise environment is desired.
  • Enterprise-grade hardware and networking management and troubleshooting experience is desired.

This mid-senior level contract position is available for 12 months with potential extension. We seek candidates who can effectively work in teams and possess excellent communication skills.
