As a Director's Liaison Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director and Management Team at Transport & Main Roads. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity that requires strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage diaries, meetings, and travel, coordinate key communications, and act as a vital link between internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will provide an efficient, professional, and confidential support service to the Director and Management Team.
  • You will coordinate and review correspondence and communication for briefing notes, responses, advice notes, presentations, speeches, newsletters, and event run sheets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience in providing professional and proactive high-level support and advice to a Senior Officer (Director level or higher).
  • Show effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organise work within agreed timeframes with minimum supervision.
