At Campbelltown City Council, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Aqua Programmes Manager to join our Leisure Services team.

About The Role:
The successful candidate will lead and guide the swim school team, promoting, developing, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating innovative centre-based aquatic programs. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure clean, safe, and friendly experiences for all user groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the swim school team and support the Leisure Centre Leadership team in delivering high-quality customer-centric services.
- Promote, develop, implement, evaluate, and coordinate centre-based aquatic programs.
- Ensure WHS and Risk Management requirements are met within the Swim School program areas.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the swim school program, including bookings, retention rates, and payments.
Requirements:
- Current industry-recognised Learn to Swim Instructor Certificate (AUSTSWIM, RLSSA, Swim Australia).
- Possess qualifications in AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics or equivalent.
- Current Resuscitation Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
- Current and cleared Working With Children Check with Services NSW.
- Demonstrated understanding of Work, Health, and Safety practices.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining relevant industry regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of coordinating and planning aquatic-based programs.
- Ability to work a roster with early start and late finish shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
