Real Estate Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a permanent recruitment desk
  • Partner and build upon existing client relationships
  • Identify and secure new client relationships through networking and business development
  • Facilitate negotiations and fill open positions
  • Manage all administrative and database tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the real estate sector (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in recruitment (desirable)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Negotiating skills
  • Confidence and excellent phone manner
  • Desire and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Effective time management skills
