About this role:

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Wellbeing Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to students with mild-to-moderate mental health concerns.

Key responsibilities include assessing the mental health needs of students, delivering individual and group interventions, working collaboratively with schools' leadership and student support teams, developing referral and case management processes, coordinating referrals to external agencies, providing advice and assistance to families, and supporting school communities in responding to critical incidents and emergencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Psychology, Social Work or Guidance and Counselling
  • Relevant experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
