Our school is a small, Catholic educational institution located in a rural area with a current enrolment of 65 students. We aim to expand our student body to 100 in the near future.
Main Responsibilities:- We are seeking a leader who can inspire and develop teachers in each subject area, fostering a strong sense of Catholic identity within the school.
- The successful applicant will drive the implementation of our Vision for Learning, empowering students to flourish through deep learning, high expectations, and a commitment to excellence in education.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A deep commitment to the Catholic ethos and principles of teaching.
- The ability to design and implement innovative pedagogies and best practices.
- A thorough understanding of how to integrate technology into the curriculum to enhance authentic learning experiences.
- High levels of competency and proficiency as a classroom teacher.
You will have:
- A degree in Education.
- Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School is highly desirable; however, a willingness to obtain accreditation may be considered.
