About the RoleThis role is pivotal in developing and executing operational marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Develop and deliver customer-focused marketing campaigns that support strategic plans and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead the creation and tactical delivery of marketing campaigns, including content production, scheduling, creative execution, and coordination with external agencies.
- Manage agency relationships across media buying and creative strategy and production.
- Ensure campaign activity aligns with broader program plans, content strategy, and brand guidelines.
A bit about you:
We are looking for someone with experience in creative production, communications, marketing or brand, with a strong understanding of commercial outcomes.
You are confident, having worked in agency, consumer or B2B environments, particularly within creative or account management teams.
You are organized and collaborative, with strong project management skills and a process-oriented mindset.
Your experience with marketing cloud tools, creative platforms, or workflow systems will support efficient delivery, while your strategic thinking and commercial acumen will help ensure campaigns are both effective and aligned with business priorities.
