The Role

This comprehensive leadership development program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and expertise to excel as a manager in our retail network. Under the guidance of experienced store leaders, you will gain practical experience and develop your leadership abilities through theoretical, practical, and hands-on training.

As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for creating a superior customer experience through a supportive and developmentally focused environment in our stores. You will work closely with store leadership to deliver on performance objectives related to sales, people, audit & compliance, visual merchandising, wages, and safety.

  • Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in our stores.
  • Collaborating with store leaders to drive sales and operational performance, meeting targets and metrics.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring operational tasks and expectations are executed to high standards.
  • Supporting store leadership with team member performance and ensuring stores are open and ready for customers.
  • Managing wages to achieve profitability, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experiences.
  • Demonstrating effective leadership by providing regular feedback, support, and training to store team members.
