We provide high quality in-home care and support to our valued clients.

We offer assistance to people living with Alzheimer's, dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs and older Australians.

Our services enable clients to remain safe and independent in their own homes.

The Role

We seek a reliable and passionate Carer who enjoys building relationships to join our team.

You will need to be friendly, positive and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

You'll also need to have a natural ability to build meaningful connections, be honest, helpful and dependable, making you a valuable asset.

Responsibilities
  • Work within a person-centred environment that respects the rights and needs of each client.
  • Assist clients with daily errands, companionship, and support.
  • Provide support with academic, social, or recreational activities.
  • Prepare food if required.
  • Observe, care for, and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client.
  • Respond to emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willigness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
