The Position

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping department. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a wonderful stay, leaving with cherished memories of great hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintenance and Restocking: Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
  • Safety and Security: Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is highly desirable.
  • Communication Style: Possess a warm and welcoming communication style where guests and team members feel at ease.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks.
  • Physical Ability: Enjoy a physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • Collaboration: Embrace collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds.
  • Availability: Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays as required.
