This role involves delivering speech pathology services directly to clients in their homes, gyms, aged care facilities, workplaces, and other locations across Sydney. Our team supports a diverse range of clients, including those requiring physical therapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics, and more.

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a qualified speech pathologist to join our team due to high demand and full appointment books. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced professionals looking to make a real impact in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech pathology assessments and treatments across various settings
  • Manage client caseloads with varying needs, including aged care, disability, neurological, voice, swallowing, and more
  • Complete accurate and compliant documentation and reports
  • Provide administrative support, such as booking appointments and handling payments (support provided)
Requirements
  • Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) registration
  • Valid driver's licence (full preferred)
  • Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Great time management, reliability, and a client-focused mindset

  • Competitive remuneration rates for NDIS clients: $120 per hour including superannuation, or choose your own pay rate; HCP or Private Clients: $82 per hour including superannuation, or choose your own pay rate
