We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality services and programs to home care clients. Empower Healthcare provides an innovative service model that focuses on improving people's health and wellbeing, and increasing their quality of life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering assessment and ongoing management of dysphagia, language, and speech, while working with individuals aged 65 years and over in a person-centered approach.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech pathology plans to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with clinicians to develop innovative care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Work autonomously to prioritize tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.
- Deliver high-quality services in a flexible and adaptable manner.
- A current Driver's license and own vehicle.
- A speech pathology degree accredited by Speech Pathology Australia.
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia.
- A recent National Police Certificate within the last 3 years.
