  • Building trust and rapport with staff and clients to drive business growth and success.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior staff to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest medical-grade equipment and treatments, including hair removal, pigmentation, vascular, and anti-ageing procedures.
  • Working closely with top skincare brands, such as Aspect DR, Cosmedix, and Environ Cosmeceutical.
  • Providing personalized skin and laser treatment plans to clients based on their individual needs and goals.
