We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Canberra-based Cost Management division. This role is responsible for growing and developing a high-performing team, fostering key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and growth initiatives for the cost management team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans, goals, and strategies.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in cost management roles, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling reports and proposals.
