We are looking for an empathetic, caring, and kind individual who understands our organisation's values and work practices. You will have a strong knowledge of the NSW Permanency Support Program and experience working with children and young people in out-of-home care. As an innate leader, you will be able to work autonomously when necessary and have a solid understanding of emerging issues and developments in the field.
You will need a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline, and a minimum of five years of experience working with children and young people in OOHC. Experience working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and communities is highly desirable.
