We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant to join our team at Softtest Pty Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivering Salesforce projects. As a Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for leading complex Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance on Salesforce best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, and contributing to the development of our Salesforce expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge in Salesforce.
  • Stay current with Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our Salesforce expertise by sharing knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Developer I, II, and Advanced Administrator certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Agile, Kanban, or Scrum frameworks, and version control tools like Git.
  • A passion for staying current with the latest Salesforce features and releases.
