We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our Workplace & Logistics team in Sydney. As a key member of our industrial property management team, you will play a critical role in overseeing several industrial estates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive asset net profit by maximising revenue opportunities and accurate forecasting on a monthly basis
- Maintain close liaison with key customer stakeholders to ensure understanding of business changes impacting current and future space requirements
- Prepare and manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets
- Builfd and maintain harmonious relationships with key site contacts and tenant representatives
- Ensure contractors and service providers satisfactorily complete contracted tasks, including responding to queries and timely payment of invoices
- Drive target reduction programs for energy, water, and waste
About You:
- You will have a solid understanding and work experience in property management
- Experience within an industrial setting is highly regarded
- You will have a good working knowledge of lease documentation, land legislation, and OH&S
- Strong analytical and financial budgeting acumen will set you up for success in this role
- Strong client focus with an ability to maintain effective relationships
