Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive asset net profit by maximising revenue opportunities and accurate forecasting on a monthly basis
  • Maintain close liaison with key customer stakeholders to ensure understanding of business changes impacting current and future space requirements
  • Prepare and manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets
  • Builfd and maintain harmonious relationships with key site contacts and tenant representatives
  • Ensure contractors and service providers satisfactorily complete contracted tasks, including responding to queries and timely payment of invoices
  • Drive target reduction programs for energy, water, and waste

About You:

  • You will have a solid understanding and work experience in property management
  • Experience within an industrial setting is highly regarded
  • You will have a good working knowledge of lease documentation, land legislation, and OH&S
  • Strong analytical and financial budgeting acumen will set you up for success in this role
  • Strong client focus with an ability to maintain effective relationships
