{"The Role": "We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic lifeguard to join our team at the NSW, Bathurst Aquatic Centre. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment around the pool.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patron inquiries
* Maintain a safe and clean pool environment, including monitoring water quality and performing regular equipment checks
* Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
* Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
* Working with Children's Check (Employee Status) and National Police Check
