Job Opportunity: Emergency Care Specialist
Job Description:This role serves as a vital stepping stone for professionals seeking to advance their careers in pre-hospital emergency care or nursing practice.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and interventions during on-road transport.
- Provide exceptional patient care and treatment, adhering to established protocols.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with relevant guidelines and scope of practice.
- Prioritize problem-solving and independent decision-making within established policies and procedures.
- Hold current registration as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- Hold AHPRA registration (or pending approval for Paramedics).
- Be capable of driving safely in both city and country traffic conditions.
- Exhibit compassion, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent service.
- Experience working in the NEPT sector is desirable but not essential.
