This is a captivating career opening for an organized and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to provide expert support in meeting regulatory requirements and overseeing corporate filing obligations.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to ensure adherence to licensing regulations across various jurisdictions
- Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate team in managing company secretarial duties and reporting obligations
- Draft and review essential documents, including board resolutions and compliance reports
- Offer prompt and confidential support services to internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm, although candidates from finance, accounting, or professional services sectors are also welcome
- Understanding of company secretarial responsibilities and compliance regulations
- Awareness of filing and licensing requirements for companies and senior executives
